Position: Steel Worker / Helper

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Steel Worker / Helper to join our team. If you have experience with steel cutting, grinding, and welding (or are eager to learn), this is an excellent opportunity for you to further your career in the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting steel to required specifications using appropriate equipment (e.g., cutting torches, saws, or shears).
• Grinding steel components to remove sharp edges, rust, or imperfections.
• Assisting welders with welding tasks, including preparing materials and maintaining welding equipment.
• Supporting steel fabrication projects as required, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Ensuring work areas are clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhering to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in steelwork or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to operate steel-cutting and grinding machinery safely and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools is an advantage.
• A keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a hands-on, labor-intensive environment.
