Welcome to SearchJobs.mt. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

SearchJobs.mt provides a platform for users to post and browse job advertisements. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and comply with all applicable laws.

2. Job Listings

  • Free Job Posts: Users can post unlimited free job listings on SearchJobs.mt.
  • Promoted Listings: Users may pay to promote a job post. Promoted listings are highlighted to stand out.
  • Featured Listings: Users may pay for a Featured listing, which includes both highlighting and sticky positioning at the top of the listings page.
  • Ad Duration: Each job advertisement (free, promoted, or featured) remains active for 28 days from the date of posting.
  • Reposting: After 28 days, ads can be reposted manually by the user if the position is still open.

3. Newsletter Subscriptions

  • Users may subscribe to receive job alerts and updates via email.
  • By subscribing, you agree to receive emails from SearchJobs.mt related to new job listings and relevant content.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to post accurate, lawful, and relevant job advertisements.
  • You may not post jobs that are misleading, spam, scams, or violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish on the platform.

5. Payments

  • Payments for Promoted or Featured listings are processed securely via our chosen payment provider.
  • All payments are non-refundable once a listing has been published.

6. Account & Data

  • You may be required to provide your email and contact information to post jobs or subscribe to the newsletter.
  • We respect your privacy and handle data according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination & Removal

  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is reported by users.
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or a ban from using the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
