Procurement Officer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the sourcing and purchasing of products to ensure the business achieves the right balance of value, quality and operational efficiency.

You will primarily assist with fashion-related categories, while also gaining exposure to other areas such as FMCG and confectionery. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will help manage product selection, monitor stock levels and make purchasing decisions that contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Requirements:

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends and inventory that support range building and optimal purchasing decisions

· Ability to understand and respond to fashion market trends with a view to influence future product selections

· Proactive team player with strong attention to detail

Useful Skills & Experience:

· Strong interest in procurement, retail and supplier performance (fashion interest is a plus)

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

· Proactive attitude, results driven and willingness to learn

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Previous experience in buying or procurement roles will be considered an asset.
