PROJECT COORDINATOR IN MALTA

Job Responsibilities

• Active search for new products and suppliers
• Formation, management, and development of product categories and assortment
• Market trends, competitors, and product category analysis
• Negotiation with strategic suppliers and control of contractual obligations
• Pricing strategy development and management
• Cooperation with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth product supply
• Coordination and supervision of ongoing projects, ensuring timely implementation
• Maintaining continuous communication with team members, partners, and clients
• Monitoring project progress, deadlines, and budget; analyzing project results
• Preparing reports for management

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in commerce, purchasing, retail, or project management
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
• Results-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
