We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our hospitality team. The selected candidate will support daily HR operations and assist with employee administration across our catering group.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Engage employees through the Jobsplus portal
- Process and manage Identità permit applications and renewals
- Prepare employment contracts and HR correspondence
- Assist with payroll preparation and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with Maltese employment regulations
- Handle staff queries professionally and confidentially
- Support management with HR administration and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or office administration
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Fluency in English; Maltese is considered an advantage
