We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our hospitality team. The selected candidate will support daily HR operations and assist with employee administration across our catering group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee files and HR records
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Engage employees through the Jobsplus portal
  • Process and manage Identità permit applications and renewals
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR correspondence
  • Assist with payroll preparation and attendance records
  • Ensure compliance with Maltese employment regulations
  • Handle staff queries professionally and confidentially
  • Support management with HR administration and reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration or office administration
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Fluency in English; Maltese is considered an advantage
