Payment in Lieu of Notice
Payment in lieu of notice is calculated based on the employee's gross salary for the duration of the notice period.
Unused Annual Leave Payout
Under Maltese law, employees are entitled to a pro-rata payment for any accrued but unused annual leave when their employment ends.
