🔧 WE ARE HIRING: LEAD MECHANICAL FITTER / MECHANICAL TEAM LEADER
Global Recruitment Bridge (GRB) is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Fitter for long-term international projects with an established engineering company.
📍 Locations: Malta, France and other European project sites
💶 Salary: €30,000–€35,000 gross per year
📄 Contract: Long-term employment
🏠 Accommodation assistance provided
🚀 Starting date: As soon as possible
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical fitters
• Perform mechanical fitting, installation and maintenance work
• Organise daily tasks and monitor work progress
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Communicate with supervisors and other project teams
Candidate requirements:
• Previous experience as a Lead Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Team Leader or Senior Mechanical Fitter
• Strong mechanical fitting and maintenance skills
• Experience supervising or coordinating a technical team
• Working knowledge of English
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to work on international projects
Experience in the marine, shipyard, industrial, construction, port or engineering sectors will be considered an advantage.
